Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่ม 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 1 จำแนกตามภูมิหลังของครู ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครู จำนวน 262 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูส่วนใหญ่มีระยะเวลาของการดำรงตำแหน่งครู 21 ปีขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 44.66 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 64.50 การเข้ารับการอบรมที่เกี่ยวกับงานวิชาการ 1-5 ครั้ง/ปี ร้อยละ 69.08 และขนาดของโรงเรียนที่ครูกำลังปฏิบัติงานเป็นขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ (นักเรียนมากกว่า 2,500 คน) ร้อยละ 38.17 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่ม 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ในภาพรวมมนการปฏิบัติอย่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ในด้านงานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน เป็นลำดับที่หนึ่ง รองลงมา คือ ด้านงานพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และด้านงานสร้างและการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและการจัดทำสาระท้องถิ่นเป็นลำดับที่ 2 และ 3 ส่วนด้านงานนิเทศการศึกษา เป็นลำสุดท้าย 3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ครูที่มีการเข้ารับการอบรมที่เกี่ยวกับงานวิชาการต่างกันมีการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่ม 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ครูที่มีการเข้ารับการอบรมที่เกี่ยวกับงานวิชาการ 1-5 ครั้ง/ปี มีการบริหารงานงานวิชาการแตกต่างจากครูที่มีการเข้ารับการอบรมที่เกี่ยวกับงานวิชาการ 6-10 ปี และมากกว่า 10 ครั้งขึ้นไป/ปี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูที่มีขนาดของโรงเรียนที่ครูปฏิบัติงานต่างกันมีการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่ม 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่มีการบริหารงานวิชาการแตกต่างจากครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลางมีการบริหารงานวิชาการแตกต่างจากครู ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนครูที่มีระยะเวลาของการดำรงตำแหน่งครู และระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่ม 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน The objectives of this research were to study and to compare the administration of academic affairs of the 4th Secondary Schools Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. It was classified by the backgrounds of the teachers involved. 262 teachers took part in this survey research. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire devised by the researcher with confidence equal to .983. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage. mean, standard deviation, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and a comparison of means using Scheffe's method. The research found that: 1. 44.66 % of all the teachers have tenures more than 21 years. 64.50% of them have bachelor degrees, 69.08% of them participate in academic training between 1-5 times a year and 30.17% of them are working in extra-large sized schools with more than 2,500 students. 2. In general the administration of academic affairs of the 4th Secondary Schools Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 was implemented overall at the highest level. Taking each aspect into consideration, it was found that the most highly implemented aspect the administration of academic affairs of the 4th Secondary Schools Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 was student development activities, the second and the third were the development of learning processes and the creation and the development of school curriculum including the management of the local subjects and the last aspect was education supervision. 3. After testing the hypothesis it was found in general, the teachers who participate in academic training have the administration of academic affairs of the 4th Secondary Schools Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 differently at a significant level of .001. The teachers who participate in academic training 1-5 limes a year have the administration of academic training differently 6-10 times a year and more than 10 times a year at a significant level of 0.05. In general, the teachers who are working in schools of different size have the administration of academic affairs of 4th Secondary Schools Cluster under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 differently at a significant level of .001. The teacher who are working in large-sized schools have the administration of academic affairs differently the teacher who are working in small-sized and medium sized schools have the administration of academic affairs differently from the ones who are working in extra-large sized schools at significant level of .05. However, it was found that the teachers who have different tenures and educational background did not have any differences in the administration of academic affairs of the 4th Secondary Schools Cluster under the Secondary Education service Area Office 1 in general.
