Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to analyze the development and improvement production process with value steam mapping and ECRS approach. The results of study showed the production process had 23 activities, which used 1,972 minutes. There were 15 activities of value added, which used 1,143 minutes. There were 6 activities of none value added but necessary, which used 150 minutes. There were 2 activities of none value added, which used 31 minutes. Additionally, there was production process that needed to wait, which wasted 648 minutes. The overall production performance of Rongharoen printing wasted time in priority the process of production. Therefore, the analysis of value steam mapping and ECRS approach would increase the performance of production process efficiency. Recently results, there were leaned 7 activities. The total time was decreased from 1,972 to 1,803 minutes, which was 169 minutes or 8.57 percent of reduction time. The improvement of production would eliminate complicates activities and priority production process properly. First, the related activities would combine together. Second, the data would collect with computer system. Finally, workers would be trained to increase working performance.
