Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare opinion of administrators and teachers about educational resources management of secondary school administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province classified by status and school-size. The samples consisted of 238 school administrators and teachers of secondary schools in Nakhon Phanom Province in academic year 2015. They were selected by Stratified Random Sampling, and percent criterion was used in the sample-size specification. The instrument used in data collection was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.42 and 0.80, and the reliability of 0.87. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-way ANOVA).
The results were found that (1) the educational resources management of secondary school administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province was at the high level in overall and in individual aspects. The highest average aspect was Human Resources Management, and the lowest average aspects were Resources Management and Management. The comparison of overall educational resources management of secondary school administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province classified by status was statistically significant different at the .01 level. Classifying by school-size, it was found that overall educational resources management was statistically significant different at the .01 level.
