Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to compare computer learning achievements of
Matthayomsuksa II students taught by Constructivist theory applied with Online courseware and
taught by Conventional learning. The sample consisted of two classrooms of Matthayomsuksa II
students at Prachinratsadornamroong School studying in the first semester of 2015 academic year.
The samples were selected by Two stage cluster sampling was used to obtain one classroom
of 47 students, they were taught by Constructivist theory applied with Online courseware and
the second classroom of 48 students, they were taught by Conventional learning. The research
tools were, Online courseware on the topic of Internet, lesson plans of Constructivist theory
applied with Online courseware, lesson plans of Conventional learning, computer learning
achievements test, communication effectiveness questionnaire, proficiency for technological
application questionnaire, communication proficiency evaluation form, and technological
application proficiency evaluation form. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation,
t-test Dependent and t-test Independent.
The results of the study were as follows:
1. The post-test scores of computer learning achievement of Matthayomsuksa II
students taught by Constructivist theory applied with Online courseware is higher than
the pre-test one at .01 level of significance.
2. The post-test scores of the computer learning achievement of Matthayomsuksa II
students taught by Conventional learning is higher than the pre-test one at .01 level of
significance.
3. The computer learning achievement of Matthayomsuksa II students taught by
Constructivist theory applied with Online courseware is higher than the ones taught by
Conventional learning at the .01 level of significance.
