Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและชุมชน ในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและชุมชน ในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และสถานภาพ ประชากรเป็น คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและชุมชน ประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ผู้นำชุมชน (กำนัน/ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน) สมาชิกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน รวม 358 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติค่าที (t - test) และค่าเอฟ (F - test) ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและชุมชนในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงตามลำดับคือ ด้านการติดตามประเมินผล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการประสานงาน ด้านการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา และด้านกำหนดนโยบายและแผน ตามลำดับ 2) การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและชุมชน ในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพรเขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และสถานภาพ พบว่า ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The research purpose was to study the participation level of the school and community committees for their management of small size schools under the office of Chumphon primary educational area 1 as well as the comparison of the participation level classified by gender, age, educational background, career, and marital status. The population was the 358 school and community committees including school committees, community leaders (sub - district headmen, village headmen), the members of the sub - district administration organization, and students’ parents. The instrument used in the research was the questionnaire. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, and F - test. The result revealed that 1) the participation level of the school and community committees for their management of small size schools under the office of Chumphon primary educational area 1 was neutral. Their participation was evaluation, cooperation, school management, and policy setting respectively 2) from the comparison of the participation level classified by gender, age, educational background, career, and marital status, it was found that two factors of educational background and career affected the participation level in a statistically significant difference at 0.05 level.
