Abstract:
This research is purpose to study has been carried out to contrary several factors of geographical different, surrounding environmental at workplace that might affect the working satisfaction. All these influence the decision making. The sample collected in the study came from operators that work in the electronics factories at Rojana industrial Park for 366 persons. The method including of personal interview and questionnaire, Statistical programs are used in the analyzing of comparative statistic, and regression analysis.
The study revealed that effect factorys employee turnover intention in the electronics industry at Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya. various demographic has no major differences on resignation decision. Working environment, especially colleague, safety working place, rule and regulations are all influencing intention to resign. As well as work satisfaction in term of job function put the pressure to resign, the study shows.
This research also finding that geographical, working environmental factors, satisfaction of work, all are influencing the resignation making process. The result of this research can be used as a guide line to reduce worker resignation, increase competitiveness and sustainable of business.
