The Relationship of the Political Administration Elements towards Educational Management and Effectiveness of Sisaket Provincial Administration Organization Schools
Abstract:
This research aims to study the relationship of the political administration elements
towards educational management and effectiveness of Sisaket Provincial Administration Organizations Schools.
The sample used in this study is 274 educational staffs from 39 schools,
belonging to Sisaket Provincial Administration Organization in 2012, by using Simple
Random Sampling. The statistics used in data analysis were Frequency, Standard Deviation,
and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
The research findings were as follow:
1. Overall, the political administration elements towards educational management
was high. Considering each aspect found that the highest level was the basic quality of leadership, management and budget management, in order.
2. Effectiveness of Sisaket Provincial Administration Organization schools were at a high level. Considering each aspect found that the highest level was budget management, academic administration, general administration and personnel management, in that order.
3. Political administration elements related positively in moderately high to effectiveness of Sisaket Provincial Administration Organization. Statistical significance was at 0.1 levels. Considering each aspect found that the highest correlation coefficient were budget management and academic management, the basic quality of leadership and academic management, management and academic management, in order. Three of these were positive relating in moderately high. In the middle level was setting the policy and budget management.
