Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to determine factors enhancing the management strategy to combat the corruptive practices in public hospitals in Thailand, result of the management
strategy and obstacles. The sample comprised of 1126 (94.86%) administrators and employees in the selected hospitals : regional, general and community hospitals. The questionnaires to used for
data collection consists of four parts : the general information, factors enhancing the management strategy, result of the management strategy and obstacles. result of the management strategy and
obstacles. result of the management strategy and obstacles. The data analysis was carried out with an illustration of general information and factors shown in percentage, means, standard deviation,
Pearson Correlation, multiple regressions and Bests principle.
The results of this study showed that; There were 5 factors enhancing the management strategy to combat the corruptive practices at statistically significant level of 0.05 with correlation from high to low respectively as
follows : 1) the good governance 2) growing service minded 3) executing the law strictly 4) proceeding with COSO internal controlling style and 5) using total risk management in the
organization. Also, the result of this study found that management strategy to combat the corruptive practices in government hospitals had performances at the high level. Respondents
had additional comments about problem of enhancing the strategy to combat the corruptive practices as follows: The use of authority for personal gain, Parcel management, procurement
regulations are invalid. The Hue auction, Blogs spec to benefit. They think that corruption is normally. The reason why no report or complaint is they afraid of life safety and property. CEO
does not handle the problem seriously. Some leaders rewarding feat personnel patronage. The employee want hospital affiliated operations :To prevent and combat corruption of
organizations that administrators should be strong moral to have a clear policy for the organization, Sincere in solving the problem. Moreover the recommendation to have organized
training courses for executive administrators in 5 parts. The conditions are critical to the management should have to pass this course.
