การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานทั่วไป ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานทั่วไปในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ของผู้บริหาร และครูธุรการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูธุรการ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ จำนวน 518 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 259 คน และครูธุรการ 259 คน จากสถานศึกษาจำนวน 790 แห่ง ซึ่งได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .958 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าที (t-test) แบบ Independent Samples
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) สภาพการบริหารงานทั่วไป ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การ
ศึกษาชัยภูมิ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูธุรการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่สูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดระบบการบริหารและการพัฒนาองค์กร รองลงมาคือ ด้านการดูแลอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม และด้านงานเทคโนโลยี และระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศ ตามลำดับ
2) สภาพการบริหารงานทั่วไป ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาชัยภูมิ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูธุรการ โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
Abstract:
กกกกกกกThis research aimed to: 1) study the conditions of general affair administration in the
basic education schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Area Service Office,
2) compare the conditions of general affair administration in the basic education schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Area Service Office, divided as the statuses of the administrators and business affair teachers. The samples in this research were 518 school administrators and business affair teachers in the basic education schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Area Service Office, including 259 school administrators and 259 business affair teachers from 790 schools, derived from the simple random sampling. The research instrument was the rating scaled questionnaires with the .958 reliability value. The statistics for collecting the data were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and the t-test (Independent samples).
กกกกกกกThe research findings revealed that:
1. The conditions of general affair administration in the basic education schools under
the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Area Service Office following to the opinions of school administrators and business affair teachers as a whole were in the much level. When looking into each aspect, it revealed that the aspect with the highest mean scores was managing the administration system and developing organizations; the latter included the aspects of taking care of places and surroundings, technology affair and information network systems respectively.
2. The conditions of general affair administration in the basic education schools under the
jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Area Service Office following to the opinions of school administrators and business affair teachers as a whole were not different.
