The casual structural relationship model of factors affecting the success of internal educational quality assurance of the academic cooperation and auality assurance network of Rajamangala Universities of technology
Abstract:
The purposes of this dissertation were 1) to develop a form the casual structural relationship model of factors affecting the success of internal educational quality assurance (QA) of the academic cooperation and a quality assurance network of Rajamangala University of Technology. 2) comparative analysis of the size and direction of factors affecting the success of internal educational quality assurance, and 3) to propose the development of internal educational quality assurance. The research study has chosen the five universities that were the only successful faculty of Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok Metropolis. The population used in this study comprised 1,165 teachers and 15 experts. The data collections were used purposive sampling. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument for collecting data. The data were using Lisral program and qualitative analysis. The research findings were as follows: Factors affecting the success of quality assurance were 0.89 of prediction coefficients. This means that the independence variables were the most affective variance to the success of quality assurance at 89%. Leadership of administrator variable was the most affective variables to the success of quality assurance at 0.52 which was followed by teamwork variable at 0.44 and cultural and atmosphere in a workplace variable was at 0.20. In terms of leadership of administrator variable, there were four policies to support guidelines of the factors of leadership, 1) to improve annual working efficiency, 2) to set up the committee of faculty of educational quality assurance, 3) to determine educational quality assurance as working load and responsibility, 4) to promote compliance with strict quality assurance processes. Guidelines for promote workshop were 1) focus on the work, 2) orientation relationship, 3) inspiration, 4) adoration and praise, 5) the rewards, 6) participation in decision making, and. 7) to operate with freedom commissioning. Regarding to a teamwork variable, there were six policies to support guidelines of teamwork variable,1) participation of teacher in educational quality assurance, 2) equivalent to right leaning in working of educational quality assurance, 3) to study quality assurance in the country or oversea and to provide training to create relationship for colleagues, 4) to create teachers and staffs motivation in loving organization, 5) to create the unity in organization, and. 6) to create a new personnel generation as a team work. Guidelines to promote workshops were 1)have a certain ideology, 2) principle of correct 3) everyone was important, 4) respect the rights and freedoms, and. 5) participation in all stages. According to cultural and atmosphere in a workplace variable, there were four policies to support the guidelines of cultural and atmosphere in a workplace variable, 1) annual policy workshop to build a culture organizational learning, 2) to enhance the understanding of the management faculty in educational quality assurance, 3) to promote working advance in each faculty, 4) to promote staff of regulation and discipline in working cooperation in faculty. Guidelines to promote there a workshop were 1) organizational culture Learning, 2) organizational cultures marvelous, 3) organizational cultures create, 4)organizational cultural transformation and, 5) organizational cultural alertness.
