Abstract: บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ ๒) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของพุทธศาสนิกชนต่อการบริหารวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ ๓) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค์และข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ ศึกษาวิจัยโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research)กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ พุทธศาสนิกชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตตำบลทรายมูล อำเภอองครักษ์ จังหวัดนครนายก จำนวน ๔๐๐ คน ซึ่งใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการและมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า ๕ ระดับ และแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด ซึ่งผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้นเองโดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ ๐.๙๕๑ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท (Content Analysis Technique) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ๑. การบริหารวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ มีการบริหารวัดตามภารกิจ ๖ ด้าน ๑)ด้านการปกครอง ๒)ด้านการศาสนศึกษา ๓) ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ ๔) ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ๕) ด้านการสาธารณูปการ ๖)ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ๒. ความคิดเห็นของพุทธศาสนิกชนที่มีต่อการบริหารวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ทั้ง ๖ ด้าน พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อศึกษารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาอยู่ในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ย ๔.๐๕ ส่วนที่น้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการศาสนศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ย ๓.๙๔ ๓. ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ ด้านการปกครอง พบว่า พระภิกษุมีมาก จึงทำให้ผู้ปกครองดูแลไม่ทั่วถึง ผู้ปกครองไม่ทราบปัญหาที่แท้จริงของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา พระเถระผู้ใหญ่ไม่ค่อยใกล้ชิดกับพระภิกษุเท่าที่ควร ขาดความสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างพระภิกษุใหม่ และพระเถระหรือพระที่อยู่ก่อนแล้ว พื้นฐานของพระภิกษุที่เรียนหนังสือนั้นยังไม่มีความพร้อมเท่าที่ควร การศึกษาในประโยคบาลีชั้นสูง ๆ ยังมีน้อย ขาดครู-อาจารย์ที่ทำการสอนนักธรรมและบาลีในชั้นสูง นักเรียนไม่ค่อยให้ความสำคัญในการเรียน จึงทำให้ไม่ตั้งใจเรียนเท่าที่ควร ขาดความเข้มงวดสำหรับพระภิกษุที่เริ่มเข้ามาเรียน ขาดบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ โดยเฉพาะพระภิกษุผู้มีความรู้ควบคู่ไปกับการปฏิบัติด้านกรรมฐาน ขาดการสนับสนุนในเรื่องทุนการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนแผนกธรรม บาลี การให้ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่สอบธรรมศึกษาได้ยังไม่มากเท่าที่ควรพระนักเทศน์ภายในวัดที่เทศน์ได้ดีแต่มีน้อย มีการจัดอบรมและเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาให้แก่พระภิกษุ และบุคคลทั่วไปยังค่อนข้างน้อย พุทธศาสนิกชนไม่ค่อยมีโอกาสได้ฟังธรรมมากนัก นอกจากตามเทศกาลต่าง ๆพุทธศาสนิกชนที่ฟังธรรมส่วนใหญ่เน้นที่ตัวบุคคลในการแสดงธรรมมากเกินไป การจัดสรรที่อยู่อาศัยของพระภิกษุ ยังไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่ควร รูปแบบการก่อสร้างยังไม่เป็นระเบียบเท่าที่ควร วัดติดกับถนนใหญ่ทำให้เกิดมลพิษ การสร้างสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแก่พุทธศาสนิกชนรอบ ๆ วัดยังมีน้อยการจัดกิจกรรมที่เป็นส่วนรวมบางอย่างไม่ควรจัดภายในวัด ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารวัดทวีพูลรังสรรค์ พบว่า ควรแบ่งการปกครองในส่วนย่อย ๆ ให้มีผู้ช่วยเจ้าอาวาสช่วยปกครองดูแลเพื่อการปกครองได้ทั่วถึง ควรสรรหาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในนักธรรมและบาลีในชั้นสูง ๆ มาทำการสอน หรือผู้มีความรู้ควบคู่ไปกับการปฏิบัติด้านกรรมฐาน ควรสนับสนุนการศึกษานักธรรมบาลี และสามัญเพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาให้สูงขึ้น ควรจัดตั้งมูลนิธิเพื่อการศึกษาธรรมะสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป ควรมีการส่งเสริมและจัดอบรมพระภิกษุนักเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ควรมีการจัดสรรที่อยู่ให้เพียงพอกับจำนวนของพระภิกษุเพื่อลดความแออัด ควรมีการควบคุมการก่อสร้างให้เป็นระเบียบ เพื่อให้เหมาะสมในการใช้งาน ควรปลูกต้นไม้เสริมเพื่อป้องกันมลพิษได้ ควรทำความเข้าใจในการใช้ที่ดินสาธารณะเพื่อความสามัคคี ควรมีผู้สนับสนุนในการสร้างสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ บริเวณรอบวัด ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการจัดกิจกรรมที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับพระพุทธศาสนาภายในบริเวณวัด

Abstract: ABSTRACT Ob. The main objectives of this research are: 1) to study an administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan. 2) to study opinion of Buddhist towards an administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan. 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions of an administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan. The survey research is used in this study. Methodokogr A group of samples for this research is the simple random sampling technique which consists of 400 Buddhists lived around in the area of Traimoon Sub-district, Angarak District and nakornnayok province. The tools for data collection in this research are the questionnaires which comprises of check-list, 5 levels of rating scale and opened end questionnaires that all of them must be made up by students themselves with a confidential value of entire volumes equal to 0.951. The prefabricated programmer is used in analyzing data for social science research. The statistics used for it are price of frequencies, price of percentage, means and standard deviation. In analyzing the open-ended questionnaires uses content analysis technique. The Findings were as follows: 1. Administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan is conducted by 6 sides of burden :- 1) government. 2) education. 3) Contribution of Education. 4) Buddhism propagation. 5) Public assistant. 6) Public Aids. 2. Opinion of Buddhists towards an administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan in all of 6 sides is that in a holistic image is more level, when taking consideration in each side is that more level is in every side, when studying in each side is that the side of Buddhism propagation is more level by mean of 4.05, The least portion is that The side of education is of 3.94 by mean. 3. The problem of administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan, The side of government is that there are plenty of monks, the looking after them of the ruler is under over controlling, The guardians don’t know the real problem of the inferiors, The elder monk has no close-relation with the monks as much as it be, the relationship between the new monks and the elder monks or the long lasting monks is separated, the base of the monks who study the books has no readiness yet as it’s possible. Studying in high level of pali class has minor amount, It’s shortage of Teachers-Instructors that teach nagdham and high pali class, The students often give less essential in studying, Attention in learning is lower than it should be, It’s lacking of strict rule for the first learning monks. The qualified personnel is not sufficient, especially for the monks who get more knowledge and well furnishes with practicing meditation, Subsidization of education-fund for the pupil in the section of dharma pali is not sufficient, Subsidizing education-fund for the pupils who exam dhamma-sikkha is not go enough as it should be possible, The excellent preacher in monastery can hardly have, to arrange training and propagating Buddhism to the monks and general people is a few of that, The Buddhists have no more chances to take dhamma-listening except from the time of festivals only, The most of Buddhists who are the dhamma-listeners take too much a specification on some favorable person. Accommodation provided to the monks is not so good as it should be, the pattern of construction is in disorder, the monastery that locates near the main road is caused of pollution; constructing facilitated things to the Buddhists around monastery has a few of them. Some of common functions should not be held up within monastery. Recommendation about administration of Wat Taweepoonrangsan is that should divide sub-portion of looking after government to assistant abbot for taking over controlling, should select the personnel who gets good knowledge and high capacity for teaching nagdham and high pali class or any person who gets more knowledge that gets along with practicing meditation, should contribute studying nagdham pali and common course for upgrading on high level of education, Should establish foundation of dhamma-education for general people, Should reinforce and arrange training the monks as being of the Buddhism-propagandists, Should allocate sufficient residences to the amount of the monks for diminishing congestion, Should control construction to be in order for suiting in applying of jobs, Should cultivate more and more reinforcing trees for protecting pollution, Should make understanding in applying the public land for the concordances, Should find out the subsidizers in constructing the facilitated things surround the area of monastery, Should avoid activities out of Buddhism function within the area of monastery.
