Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามประเภทและที่ตั้งสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 245 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นและกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และการทดสอบค่า F ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสูตร แกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยรวม พบว่า มีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 พบว่า 2.1 ความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในสถานศึกษาต่างประเภทกัน โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 ความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีที่ตั้งต่างกัน โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน This research aims to study and to compare the satisfaction with the academic administration according to the 2551 B.E. Core Curriculum of Basic Education of school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office of Educational Service Area 3, indicated by kind and location of school. A total of 245 school teachers who worked under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office of Educational Service Area 3, selected by means of the stratified random sampling technique, were used as the sample group of the study. The research instrument, the five-scale rating survey questionnaire containing 60 question items and yielding the overall reliability coefficient at .98 was employed in data collection. Statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test were utilized for data analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The overall satisfaction with the academic administration according to the 2551 B.E. Core Curriculum of Basic Education of school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office of Educational Service Area 3 was found to be at a high level. 2. The results of the comparison of the satisfaction with the academic adminsitration according to the 2551 B.E. Core Curriculum of Basic Education of school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office of Educational Service Area 3 indicated the following respects. 2.1 The satisfaction with the academic administration of the teachers who worked in different kind of schools was found to be overall not different. 2.2 The satisfaction with the academic administration of the teachers who worked in different location of schools was found to be overall not different.
