Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง และอายุราชการกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 จำนวน 344 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำเร็จรูป ของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ข้าราชการครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ข้าราชการครูที่มีอายุราชการต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the result of the student assisting operational system in the schools in Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Office 5 in viewof school teach of which their opinions were classified by position held and length of service. The sample of this research consisted of 344 teachers teaching in the school, selected through the stratified random sampling using the example size table of Krejcie and Morgan. The instrument used was a questionnaire regarding the opinion for the student assisting operational system in the school in Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Office 5. This questionnaire was tested and found to have the overall reliability coeffieient at .96 The statistic procedures employed in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The teachers’ opinion in the school in Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Office 5 regarding the student assisting operational system was found to be at a high level. 2. The opinion regarding the result of student assisting operational system in the school in Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Office 5 of the teacher, who were different in position, were found not to be different at a significant difference. 3. The opinion regarding the result of student assisting operational system in the school in Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Office 5 of the teacher, who were different in the official length of service, were found not to be different at a significant difference.
