Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop a web – based tutorial for basic chemistry that will help students learn and practice chemistry for the ability development and the entrance examination potential. The system was designed using a relational database and developed using Apache as a web server, MySQL as a database management system and PHP as server side script languages. This study show that a web – based tutorial for basic chemistry enable students to learn from computers connected to the Internet and facilitates authorized users to manipulate data via it. The evaluation result from 203 students revealed that the overall system had a high level of satisfaction from most users. The usage statistics revealed that the trend of the number of users who access this website is continuously increasing.

Abstract: การศึกษานี้ เป็นการศึกษาพัฒนาเว็บช่วยสอนวิชาเคมีเบื้องต้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อช่วยในการติววิชาเคมี สำหรับพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถ หรือศักยภาพในการสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย การออกแบบระบบใช้หลักการของฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ และในการพัฒนาระบบใช้ Apache เป็น Web Server, MySQL เป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล และภาษา PHP เป็น Server Side Script ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษานี้ คือ เว็บช่วยสอนวิชาเคมีเบื้องต้น ที่ให้ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ทางด้านการศึกษา และผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการกับข้อมูลของระบบผ่านทางระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตได้ โดยจากผลการประเมินของนักเรียน 203 คน พบว่าผู้ประเมินส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความพึงพอใจของการใช้ระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และจากสถิติของการเข้าใช้งานระบบ พบว่าจำนวนของผู้ที่เข้ามาใช้งานระบบ มีแนวโน้มที่จะเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
